250 Memories of America

In my 43 years of American life I have enjoyed many great gifts from this sprawling, bountiful, sometimes overwhelming land. So on the occasion of America 250—as my family heads up to the cabin in the Sierra, on the Stanislaus River, where we usually spend Fourth of July—I thought I’d list 250 memories.
